Delaiah Amerson
“The Vine Connection Collective was founded from a real commitment to showing up for people and creating change on the Southside. I bring over 10 years of experience working with youth, with a background in social work and healthcare, along with a School-Age and Youth Development Credential through DCFS, community health training through Rise Academy, and mandated reporter certification.
I’m passionate about this work because I see the need firsthand. My goal is to grow this into a pillar in the community through mentorship, outreach, and strong partnerships, while working toward providing scholarships, grants, and direct support to youth and families.”
